Job Description:
• Specify, design and realize electronic products
• Focus on analog/digital audio, mixed signal, audio amplifier, MCU or DSP embedded system.
• Direct product design activities may include but not limited to schematic circuit design, PCB layout, solving problems emerging from EMC, Thermal, product lifetime, environmental and safety, defect analysis, design for test, design for manufacturing, etc.
• Derive hardware specifications from product requirements and implement the hardware development
• Realize specifications into a detailed electronic design
• Cooperating closely with mechanical, software and factory engineers during the development is essential
• Informing the project manager about the available or needed time/work, progress of the planned activities and risks seen
• Set up test specifications and execute design and HW-SW integration tests including EMC, environmental and safety measurements
• Troubleshoot defects
• Be responsible for the electrical processes from product requirements up to the production release
• Share knowledge with colleagues
• Guide and facilitate junior engineers
Professional Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master degree in electronics and related
• Excellent learning ability and theoretical understanding of Analog/digital Electronics
• More than 5 years experience with mixed signal design and analog/digital audio product development
• Familiar with one or more design tools, such as Zuken, PADS logic, Protel, etc.
• Familiar with one or more simulation tools, such as Pspice, MatLab, Saber, etc.
• Experience with identifying and solving EMC, safety and environmental problems
• Experience with the design of audio power amplifiers (class A/B or D, thermal design, etc) is preferred
• Experience with MCU or DSP embedded system design.
• Team player, capable to work independently and take responsibility for the job activities
• With development project management skill is preferred.
• Good communication ability.
• Excellent command of English is essential.
