岗位职责：
1、新客户开发和客户关系维护；
2、进行销售预测，制定销售计划，搭建并管理销售团队，完成并超越公司设定的销售任务。

任职要求：
1、营销、市场或相关专业专科及以上学历；
2、5年以上广告传媒行业销售经验；
3、有丰富各行业客户资源及销售渠道优先；
4、具有敏锐的市场嗅觉，具备客户分析和市场分析的能力；
5、能独立创造业绩，也同时具有管理能力，能扶植团队完成销售任务；
6、工作积极主动、实干、高效率、敢于开拓创新、勇敢执着及对企业文化有很强的认同感
