需要装yum install libstdc++.so.5
以及yum install compat-libstdc++*

    楼主好，我的输入showid后报错：
home/sdu611/APP/silvaco2012/lib/showid/8.0.12.R/x86_64-linux/showid.exe: error while loading shared libraries: /home/sdu611/APP/silvaco2012/lib/support/i386-linux/libstdc++.so.5: file too short
是怎么回事啊，请指导，谢谢！

我的问题很可能是用网络代理的原因，因为我关了代理后，就可以输入密码了~

跟大家一样，也是报一堆错误，安装了几个yum之类的，现在不报错了，但是还是运行不下去。出现：
rpcinfo: JUSTIN: Name or service not known

详细如下：
