岗位要求:
1、负责所属地区销售管理工作;
2、负责所属地区整体金融客户销售的大渠道开拓和大客户关系维护等工作;
3、负责所属地区销售团队市场运营管理工作,负责客户培训;协调、维护分公司与当地政府行政机构关系, 并对销售经理提供必要的业务和技能支持;
4、根据企业产品寻找目标客户源,为销售团队指明销售工作开展方向;
任职资格:
1、大学本科以上学历, 5年以上BPO或者ITO销售工作经验优先,有银行客户关系及经历;
2、能从解决问题的态度出发,富有激情和创造力,细心、追求完美;
4、具有敏锐市场感觉与战略意识, 思维敏捷,能承受高压力的工作;
5、性格开朗,具有较强的演讲技能,亲和力强,为人胸怀宽广;
6、能够适应出差,独立工作能力强;
7、具备一定金融和政府背景者优先;
