一、Power Amplifier Designer
岗位职责：
To design and develop highly efficient power amplifier as a part of / to be used in a
Commercial Base Station RF System such as radio head.
Responsible for high level design, circuit design, PCB design, simulation, implementation and test of base station Power Amplifier.
Expected to carry out design and development, transfer to production, and production support.
任职资格的具体描述：
Master/Doctoral degree preferred.
- More than 7 years of relevant experience in communication infrastructure industry, or equivalent, is required.
Requires in-depth knowledge, both theoretical and practical, on power amplifier architecture, circuits, and key components, for example:
Driver / Main Amp, Doherty Amp, Impedance Matching, Isolator, Bias Circuit, etc.
二、Power Development
岗位职责：
Development of Power Unit for RRH.
Development of Power Unit for RRH.
- Architecture/Circuit Design of Power Unit for RRH
including Line Filter & Surge Protection.
- PCB Design & Circuit Simulation of Power Unit.
- Test of Power Circuit.
- Architecture Design of AC/DC Rectifier.
任职资格：
over Bachelor of Science
over 5 years Experience. of Power Circuit Design
in Network System.
- Development Experience of DC/DC Power(over 500W).
- Power Architecture of in RRH.
- On Board Power & Discrete Power Circuit.

三、Mechanical Engineer
岗位职责：
- Mechanical design of compact RRH(small size and light weight) RRH= Remote Radio Head
- Seeking for cost effective vendors focused on low price
- Devise cost effective and competitive design of RRH
- Search for cost effective vendor located in China
- Carry out environmental test such as earthquake/vibration/waterproof/salt spray test
- Review and evaluate the result of environmental test
- Carry out QCD analysis of mechanical parts
(Quality, Cost, Delivey)
任职资格：
Master’s or Bachelor\'s Degree in electronic, electrical or mechanical engineering
- More than 5years experience in mechanical design of indoor and outdoor telecommunication equipment such as cabinets with or without cooling fans
- system deployment and installation
- Understanding of telecommuncation system\'s structure and configuration
- Knowledge of material engineering and matrials processing
- Knowledge of International safety standard such as IEC, UL, NEBS,ETSI, CCC
- Ability to operate MS Office and MS-Windows proficiently
- Fluent English or Chinese (both oral and written)
- Familiarity with mechanical CAD such as I-deas, UG-NX
四、Base Station Filter Designer
岗位职责：
To design and develop RF Filter and Front-End Unit as a part of / to be used in a Commercial Base Station RF System such as radio head.
Responsible for defining specifications, high level design, mechanical design, simulation, implementation and test of filters and front-end units for base station transceiver and radio unit.
Expected to carry out design and development, design/production outsourcing, transfer to production, and production support.
任职资格：
(Qualifications) Master/Doctoral degree preferred.
- More than 7 years of relevant experience in communication infrastructure industry, or equivalent, is required.
Requires in-depth knowledge, both theoretical and practical, on filter technologies, design, simulation, test method, for example:
Cavity Filter, Dielectric Resonator, TM-mode, Multi-mode Resonator
(Working Conditions) May require more than 10% of travel annually.
五、Transceiver RF Designer
岗位职责：
To design and develop RF Transceiver as a part of / to be used in a Commercial Base Station RF System such as radio head.
Responsible for high level design, circuit design, PCB design, simulation, implementation and test of base station transceiver and radio unit.
Expected to carry out design and development, transfer to production, and production support.
任职资格：
Master/Doctoral degree preferred.
- More than 10 years of relevant experience in communication infrastructure industry, or equivalent, is required.
Requires in-depth knowledge, both theoretical and practical, on transceiver architecture, circuits, and key components, for example:
Gain Budget, Noise Budget, Frequency Planning, LNA, PLL, Mixer, Gain Block, Attenuator, RF PCB design, etc.
六、Digital Transceiver Designer
岗位职责：
To design and develop Digital Transceiver as a part of / to be used in a Commercial Base Station RF System such as radio head.
Responsible for high level design, circuit design, PCB design, simulation, implementation and test of base station transceiver and radio unit.
Expected to carry out design and development, transfer to production, and production support.
任职资格：
Master/Doctoral degree preferred.
- More than 10 years of relevant experience in communication infrastructure industry, or equivalent, is required.
Requires in-depth knowledge, both theoretical and practical, on Digital transceiver architecture, Digital and Mixed-signal circuits, and key components, for example:
FPGA, Processor, Memory, Clock, Optic Interface, ADC, DAC, Control Interface and Peripheral
Logic design and simulation of CPRI, DUC/DDC, Digital Filter, Equalizer, etc on FPGA
七、System Integration Engineer
岗位职责：
- system of compact RRH(small size and light weight)
RRH= Remote Radio Head
- Seeking for cost effective vendors focused on low price
- Devise cost effective and competitive design of RRH
- Search for cost effective vendor located in China
- Carry out environmental test such as earthquake/vibration/

任职资格：

九、Firmware Developer
岗位职责：
To design and develop firmware for Base Station Radio product such as radio head.
Responsible for high level design, coding, and test of firmware for base station radio unit.
任职资格：
Bachelor\'s degree required.
More than 3 years of relevant experience in communication infrastructure industry, or equivalent, is required.
Requires knowledge on base station radio system architecture and control scheme, for example,
Inter-Processor Communication (IPC)
Alarm architecture
Device Control
Requires proficiency in programming language.
