Responsibilities
1. Establish a region corporate marketing presence and define the road ahead for the function together with the stakeholders in the region and globally.
2. Work closely with the global team of professionals to ensure that all marketing and communications campaigns are of the highest quality to drive the brand, grow market share and show ROI in the (local) market(s).
3. Become the media spokesperson for our company in the region.
4. Develop integrated marketing plans and training taking advantage of the full mix of media, cutting edge technology platforms and latest high-tech marketingconcepts.
5. Implement ROI and metrics across all projects and be able to clearly communicate these to senior management.
6. Representing all Bus.
7. Work closely with Product Marketing and corporate marketing globally to develop go-to-market strategy and launch plans for new and updated products (regionally as well as globally).

Mandatory Skills
1. Solid understanding of semiconductor (preferably: microcontroller) technologies, market segments and applications.
2. Prior experience developing integrated marketing campaigns and leading semiconductor product launches.
3. Outstanding team player/collaborator with strong interpersonal skills – proven track record working with virtual and global cross-organizational teams.
4. Strong project management skills and excellent communications, speaking and presentation skills with proven success in message development and tailoring to appropriate vehicles.
5. Experience and understanding of communications strategy and implementation to be an effective partner to key stakeholders and management within the BUs and corporate marketing.
6. Superior understanding of marketing principles and experience in leveraging both traditional and new marketing techniques, with focus on virtual, viral and visual vehicles.
7. Creativity and willingness to take reasoned risk in pursuing new strategic marketing approaches.
8. Solid understanding of the chip market from product-creation through channel deployment with clear understanding of OEM and B2B requirements.
9. Excellent diplomacy, influencing and negotiation skills.
10. Directing the creative function on external collateral to meet guidelines and be impactful across mediums and events.
11. Solid understanding of technology.
Preferred Skills

2. Experience in a product marketing, technical marketing or application marketing role is ideal
3. Preferably with a semiconductor company or technology company relevant to microcontroller products and markets
4. 10 years of technology industry marketing experience. Preferably with a semiconductor company or technology company relevant to our products and markets.
5. Demonstrable management experience in a similar company.
