Job Description:
•          Directly responsible for company’s revenue and profit generation
•          Develop strategies, plans, and projections for creating market opportunities, guiding operation activities, delivering sales revenue, and achieving profit objectives
•          Establish, enhance and manage marketing, sales and FAE team to increase market share, expand customer base, grow sales revenue, and maintain profit margin
•          Define and implement incentive and training programs to motivate the marketing, sales, and FAE staff to enable and utilize their potentials in reaching company’s revenue and profit targets
•          Develop and manage company’s budget for marketing and sales operations
•          Coordinate and consolidate both internal and external resources to meet market demands and deliver customer needs
•          Establish and manage marketing and sales channels for direct accounts as well as indirect accounts with distributors, agents, design houses, and other partners, including on-line channels
•          Manage market development, competitor analyses, pricing strategies, product definitions, customer relationship, public communications, as well as marketing and sales publications and documentation

Requirements:
•          At least 10 years marketing and sales experiences in comparable industries, with 5 years in a senior management position. Capability in English communications is a plus
•          Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels in challenging business situations
•          Extensive CPU/MCU industry knowledge, contacts, and networks, FPGA related experience and connections are preferred
•          Established contacts and relationships with potential customers and channel partners
•          Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive levels of customers and partners
•          Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a result driven and team oriented environment
•          Ability to travel extensively to meet market needs for customers and partners
