a)        具有成功的AD/DA设计经验，有成功的Pipeline AD，SARAD实际产品开发经历者优先考虑;
b)        对AD/DA的各种结构，设计方法和校准算法了解深刻,
c)        熟悉CMOS工艺,有180nm及以下CMOS工艺开发经验;
d)        可独立承担开发任务,有GSM， WCDMA, LTE，TV Tuner，WiFi，WiMax，MIMO等系统的背景知识;
e)        博士毕业，硕士毕业两年以上工作经历或优秀的硕士毕业生;
f)        良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神;
