Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day sales activities for overseas accounts;
- Manage Rep channel to enlarge sales force and penetrate new customers and opportunities
- Lead to promote company products and manage business matters in major accounts overseas;
- Work with BU teams to setup and introduce product strategies and roadmaps to customers;
- Responsible for identifying opportunities and accounts;
- Accountable for overseas sales revenue and design wins.
Requirements:
- BS degree in engineering is required and MBA is preferred;
- 10-year experience in direct semiconductor sales and proven successful sales records;
- Fully understand company products and have excellent relationship with costumers’ R&D and purchasing management;
- Work independently and be able to manage projects from initial promotion, to design and to the production;
- Detail oriented and excellent execution capability;
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
