大家好!
该职位属于一个外资企业,产品是手机芯片软硬件平台,该企业在中国北京/上海,芬兰,英国,美国等地都有office,在中国的规模比较小,目前总人数在50人左右。西安即将设立新office,该职位需要先在家办公一段时间,但更多的时间应该在客户公司。该职位需汇报给在tw的Manager和在US的Director。以后会有4个下属。

Customer Support Program Manager
General Description
• Accountable that deliverables, support and services meet the expectations of the customer(s) of whom he/she is in charge.
• Responsible of setting requirements and deployment of customer support organization for customer(s) of whom he/she is in charge.
• Run Level 1 customer support and coordinates day to day operations between customer(s) and R&D product program(s).
• Forecast and communicate customer needs towards different units involved.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, suggest improvements and escalate issues.
Requirements
• Strong background of running programs with direct customer interfacing role.
• Leadership, motivation and positive and open-minded approach for problems and conflicts solving.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Excellent language (English and Chinese) and communication skills.
• Exposure to different cultures and working environments is highly desirable.
• Available for frequent short trips domestic (mostly) and abroad.
Technical Requirements(you just need to match one):
1,Solid software programming experience on VC++ and/or C#, Experience with the manufacturing of cellular modems and/or phones on the integration of SW tools for:
o Automated calibration and test
o Device security – IMEI writing and SIM-lock
2,Solid software technical background with the following technologies
o Android RIL / Modem host interface driver
o GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA/HSPA/LTE protocol stack
o GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA/HSPA/LTE PHY software
o RF driver
o Embedded system debugging
o PC tool software
Field Test / GCF / IOT experiences will be a plus |
