Wireless ConnectivityArchitect
ConnectivitySystem Design specialistwill support the system design manager to do the system work in wirelessConnectivity area(FM, BT, WLAN, NFC, GPS, Mobile TV, etc.), lead the HW SystemDesign for new chipset projects used by product families or newconfigurations based on existing chipsets. System Design specialist willdeliver end to end technicalsolution (protocol, SW driver, BB interface, power management and systemcontrol, air interface, RF performance, throughput capability etc.) for theongoing system design projects and ensures consistency between HW and SWarchitecture. Your main Responsibility Area as Connectivity Architectwill comprise: 1.
Support Technology manager for- new chipsets and new wireless connectivity solution selection
Track the standardization status of eachsub-area, both international and regional, deliver regularly report forstandardization change and impact analysis; 2.
Gothrough the standardization documentation and give expertise comments inrelated area; 3.
DefineConnectivity System level requirements for new chipsets / product families 4.
SupportTechnology manager for - new chipsets and new wireless connectivity solutionselection 5.
Analyzevendor technical connectivity solutions, make or conduct technical studies inthe area of wireless Connectivity, e.g. BTH, WLAN, GPS and NFC, etc. 6.
Analyzedata throughput capability for given HW and SW architecture 7.
Identifyand study needed SW Architecture changes for fulfilling defined HW and SWrequirements. 8.
Reviewvendor specifications, make gap analysis, drive / contribute to performance gapanalysis ,Support System design manager for long-term SW and HW Architecture inwireless connectivity area. 9.
Inproject execution phase, work as baseband specialist to be responsible for thewireless connectivity baseband delivery to project manager. 10.
Collaboratewith other RF, SW engineers to solve wireless connectivity system level problem MandatoryQualifications: 1.
Atleast 2 years’ experience in BT (HFP, HSP, A2DP, AVRCP, AVDP,SAP, rSAP, SIM, PAN, HID, etc.) - knowledge on the profiles, SW Architectureand HW components used by industry. 2.
Atleast 3 years’ experience in hands-on experience in data throughput analysis -ability to take and read SW traces, analyze system delays, understanding onmemory latencies and system buses latencies 3.
Knowthe protocol and stack of the varies wireless connectivity technology 4.
Understandthe essential of build blocks of the host chipset and wireless connectivitysolution, and how do they interact with each other. 5.
Understandingof HW connectivity buses - I2S, I2C, SPI, UART, etc. |
