职位概述（Job Summary） Response for product application, platform construction, promotion and design-in 职责（Responsibilities） 1.
Application relative of new products based on the IC device level and the Manufacture level. 2.
Perform application, promotion and design-in of new product after investigating the Requirements of end customers and studying the products of competitors cooperating with PM/SE. 3.
Prepare application technical materials, demo prototypes or total Application solution timely for new product promotion and design-in. 4.
Work with FAE to solve Application related issues in end customers side 5.
Continuously improve individual technical capability and maintain a solid understanding of Application of end customers and competitors. 任职资格（Qualifications） 1.BS or above in EE. 2.New graduate with MS(Two years preferred); BS with at least two years of power supply design and applications, power management IC application. 3.Knowledge of power electronics (topology, transformer, etc), power supply design (EMC,etc). 4.Knowledge of PCB layout, MathCAD, P-SPICE tools。
