This is my advice:
      Currently in China mainland, IC design especially anolog IC design is just getting on the way. We should believe it'll have a bright future.
      As to this profession, I think it is very hard compared to others, if you are going to take it up, ask yourself if you are ready completely or
fearless in advance. These stuff need creation, unlike other professions working only by the book.
     For the other hand, if you have got a bachelor degree of microelectronics, please just don't spend your time on a master degree, you should
study from practice, because you can get almost nothing during your postgraduate career, not to mention the Doctor degree, which just entitle
you a certificate to be a teacher.

大家应该抵制逆向。在学校很多人就是被逆向害惨了！
