现在上海张江金科路站附近。招聘c++ 软件开发（面向测试工具开发/手机测试开发）工程师。需要了解 射频/无线 知识。

Job Description: SW AE (Cellphone)（Application Engineer）

Description:


You will be developingand validating software solutions for growing Cellphone (2G, 3G, LTE), WLAN, MIMO,BT, FM, GPS, NFC and WiMAX market. You will have the opportunity to developtest programs as R&D and production target for various chipset companies,ODM's and OEM's on a worldwide basis. You will work as manufacture automatictest software developer and field application support engineer. We focus on RFtesting.

Responsibility:




--Design, develop and validate RF turnkey manufacture testing software for Cellphone,WLAN, Wimax, Bluetooth, and other wireless technologies;
--You will need to verify the RF chip and product,check functionality andperformance, analyze results, and develop measurement algorithm;

--Work closelywith chipset companies, ODM's and OEM's to provide software test solutions andfield support;
--Perform build, test, release,installation, and documentation to deploy the software;
--Develop andimplement test plans, test procedures and test cases
Independentlycontrol the full development lifecycle from implementation to test, debug andenhancement
-- Providingtechnical support, demonstrations and debug of end customer products;
-- Providing technical training to saleschannels and distributors;
-- Effectively communicate customerfeedback to design team;



Qualifications:




- - Master degree major in CS, EE or related discipline,At least 3 yearsworking experience of instrument control in wireless communication field ;Bachelor degree with 5+ years’ related work experiences;

-- Good knowledge in wirelesscommunication theory (GSM/WCDMA/LTE…) and RF test
--Testingknowledge of RF TX and RX test;
-- Experience withdesign and implementation of wireless testing software.Capable of testingCellphone,WiMax, WiFi, etc.is a plus.
--Utilize testequipment including spectrum analyzers, VSAs, VSGs, sweep generators, and otherstandard test equipment as part of development and verification is a plus;
-- Working experience of GUI,API development using Visual C++, preferable .NET environment

--Able to workindependently and complete project schedule under press on schedule.
-- Ability tospeak/read/write/present in English clearly.
-Willing to learnnew technologies, self-motivated, passionate about software development withhigh technical competency

--Good team workspirit, easy to cooperate with customers and team members;
--Able to travel internationally and locally;






Wireless TestingDevelopment Engineer (C#)


Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate comes with excellent knowledge and interestof test software development for wireless and RF technologies, a strongbackground in system test and test software development.
- Position reports into Product Engineering Manager at LXXXX, Shanghai andwill be involved with;
- Providing technical test, diagnostic, and debug solutions required foreffective product launch, build, and sustaining processes.
- Develops module/system level test and manufacturing hardware and softwaresolutions.
- Developing effective test strategies and test plans for functional andparametric verification and diagnostics.
- Drive test software improvements during the product design cycle.
- Work with development engineering and production floor personnel to resolvetest and production issues.
- This position requires sound engineering analytics in resolving system,module, and component level issues independently,
- Develops effective feedback mechanism within LitePoint community to ensureproactive improvements.
- Participate and lead few overseas (USA) projects if required.


Requirement:
- Minimum BS Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering,MSEE preferred.
- 4-5 years of module and system test software development experience with afocus on wireless products.
- Demonstrated capabilities in C# programming language with .NET framework.
- Strong knowledge of test equipment capabilities, test methods, and testdesign.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities required.
- A team player with tactful communication skills.
- Good command of English and Chinese language.
- Knowledge of LabView and MATLAB programming languages desirable.
- Connectivity and Cellular test system and application knowledge is highlydesirable.
- RF Background highly desirable.
