Dept. or Sr. Manager for Flash macro/IP design 1名
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
- Lead a group design and layout engineers to design Flash IP/macros according to customer's
specifications.
- Co-work with TD Memory technology group and product engineering group on the test circuit
and test mode related issues.
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in memory design
- 5+ years experience in Flash memory design
- 2+ years experience as design manager or project leader
- At least M.S. in E.E., Microelectronics or related majors |
