Account Manager (Marketing Unit) 4-6名(For US, Japan, or Korea Market)
Location:Shanghai
Responsibilities:
- To contribute to the overall performance of Sales & Marketing team, including total revenue and ASP, through formation of partnerships with key accounts and selected customers
- To set-up short and long term departmental plans in conjunction with our mission and strategy
- To contribute to the strategic objectives of Sales & Marketing team in formation of alliances with selected subcontractors in the backend assembly and test areas
- To manage all aspects of customer well-beings and requirements using resources available to ensure total customer satisfaction
- To leverage existing range of technology and capabilities so as to obtain optimum business revenue and margin
- To support and develop departmental coordination in our company on behalf of specific account management team
- To plan, establish and execute practical working methodology in services to comply with administrative rules and regulations in our company


Requirements:
- An Engineering degree with at least 5 years of experience in the foundry industry
- Strong background in customer account management and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in semiconductor business with special focus in wafer foundry services and technologies
- Familiar with pricing feedback and negotiation skills
- Strong command of English and Mandarin and other languages
- For US market requirs English, Japan market requires Japanese and Korea market requires Korean
