楼主还没动静，我要自己动手写了。这套指令集太经典了。在现有M0的基础上再精简，可以放到FPGA里做分布的数据处理机用，利用C语言和现有的工具链，效率很可观。就是担心版权问题。

Whatever M3 or M0, when you bought the IPcore from ARM, the verilog code of the core is open; you can read whatever you want;
But when your chips on sale, you should pay the ip fee.
So, in order to studying the ARM, we can use the original code or make ourown code compatible with ARM, that is just ok.
ARM has no right to abandon these our activities by law!
