candecne新手求助，有些器件用不了阿？！

小弟刚在电脑上装上了ic610和mmsim72，在论坛上下载了一些库，为什么我调用元器件的时候，只有nmos和pmos能用，而电阻和三极管之类的仿真都会出现错误，电阻是仿真时不能计算出阻值的大小，而三极管则是直接报错，说没有定义这个元件，小弟很郁闷，到底是我软件装的有问题，还是库装的有问题阿，从仿真截图看出来，电阻上的电压为100M，肯定是当作开路，可是为什么nmos和pmos都能仿真通过呢？求助大家，谢谢！！

下个别的库试试呗。

看看错误是什么错误，看看网表，看看调用的模型文件。很多错误可以自己排除的。多用心查查。既然MOS可以用，那我觉得这个库是好的，只是你调用出错了。

郁闷的很，仿真网表怎么没有跑出电阻阿？

识别不了器件名吧，你看看netlist generating的时候是不是报了错了，看看怎么写的。
如果库里面有电阻这个器件，那估计多查查改改还是能用起来，废事就是了。
如果你还有简单途径拿到别的库，还是用别的库吧。

多谢大大指点，我最早没有添加电阻的库，现在把电阻库加进去了，现在网表里能看到跑出电阻的宽长比了，三极管什么的都没有问题了，但一         
加上电阻仿真开始报错了，
ERROR (VACOMP-1008): Cannot compile ahdlcmi module library.
Check the log file input.ahdlSimDB/1082_download_csmc_0.5umFEOL_M5324M01A019V01_res_va.va.res_va.ahdlcmi/Linux2.6.32-39-generic+gcc/ for details.
If the compiler ran out of memory, use 'setenv CDS_CMI_COMPLEVEL 0', and try again.
If the reason for the failure was a syntax error, contact your Cadence Customer Support representative with the netlist, log files, behavioral model files,
and any other information that can help identify the problem.好郁闷，实在不行换个库算了

这个问题我没有见过。估计是个安装问题。
觉得你这个安装路径太长了，而且里头减号加号都有，尝试安装成比较简单的路径可能会好。
要能换就换了吧。
