　　Responsibilities:
　　?        TheSystem Applications Manager will lead a team that will support and train customers and technical staff on TI’s leading edge wireless connectivity products& technologies (WiFi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, GPS, Sub1Ghz, Audio, Proprietary protocols).
　　?        The role requires setting up a team from the ground up and training them to be able to further proliferate knowledge to field support, partners and key customers throughout China.
　　?        The System Applications Manager will play a key role in shaping the strategy and growth of the catalog wireless business in China. The job is dynamic, challenging, and requires the ability to prioritize tasks, build customer confidence, and pull in required resources as necessary.
　　Qualifications:
　　?        BSc in Electrical Engineering, MSc EE Preferred
　　?        5+ years of hands-on experience developing and debugging embedded software & hardware on wireless communication (ZigBee/IEEE 802.15.4, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, Sub 1Ghz radios or similar).
　　?        5+ years experience managing a technical team
　　?        Strong background in embedded systems, microcontrollers, microprocessors and respective software and tools
　　?        Travel as needed, both locally and internationally
　　?        Great communication skills in Mandarin and English

Senior Systems Engineer
Location：Shanghai
Responsibilities:
•        Proactive and show initiative to identify and resolve technology and system bottlenecks.
•        Present to customers and explain complex technical issues
•        Work with domain experts to decompose customer’s specific HW and SW requirements into implementable components under consistent architecture.
•        Triage bugs and provide first-level guidance on potential solutions.
•        Supervise or perform hands-on source code integration from different code lines; ensure integrity of integrated SW.
•        Provide consulting service for integrating 3rd-party HW and SW solutions.
•        Contribute on definition of future application processors HW and SW architectures.
•        Influence large technical communities through open source, papers and seminar contributions.
•        Required to contribute in world-wide technical symposiums providing view and solutions for customer complex technical challenges.
Required Basic Qualifications:
•        Strong experience on Linux based architectures
•        Strong exposure to device driver development, and one of more of the following: camera systems (V4L2, Sensor), video (OMX, H.264, MPEG4), display (DSI, HDMI), 3D graphics (OpenGL ES), USB Host (EHCI, OHCI), or embedded CPU technologies.
•        Hands on debug skills and experience with necessary tools.
- Hands on skill using SW revision control tools.
•        Excellent C/C++ programming and problem solving skills.
•        Extensive experience on HLOS development and debug environments.
•        Experienced on embedded systems architecture and software development.
•        Good communication skills and ability to work well with multi site development teams and smartphone customers.

Android Kernel SW Application Engineer
Location：Shanghai

Responsibilities:
•        Assisting in product specification, customization, implementation, integration, troubleshooting and optimization with smartphone OEM remotely and on-site.
•        Providing consultancy to customer engineers - from analyzing new requirements to helping solve complex technical problems
•        Device Driver development and debugging.
•        Optimizations in platform performance and power consumption for system level complex use cases.


Required Basic Qualifications:
•        Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of industry experience in embedded software development.
Deep understanding of Linux kernel and device driver architecture.
•        Hands-on experience in developing device drivers and low level software for Android/Linux Kernel.
C and C++ programming expert; familiar with ARM assembly language programming.
•        Excellent writing and communication skills;
•        Understand software engineering processes and the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and deployment.
•        Experience with initial bring up of SOC or ARM processors with Linux embedded OSs
Experience developing HAL, OAL, kernel, cache maintenance routines, bootloader, and low level assembly routines for ARM processors.
Experience with using Lauterbach or other JTAG tools
•        Understand open source development disciplines.
•        Ability to communicate on technical subject in written and spoken English.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:
•        Experience with Linux kernel development for ARM SOCs or OMAP processors
•        Experience in power management techniques development and tuning.
•        Knowledge and experience in Android operating system a plus.
