CUSTOMERFOCUSSED TEAM – ELECTRONIC ENGINEER

PositionOverview:

Theperson will be responsible for the electronic engineering ofElectronic Product Development

projects.The projects that the engineer will be involved are related toIndustrial Controls, Wireless

devicesand Green Tech applications. The projects will involve a broad rangeof international based

customersin these industries as well as internal products that Company aredeveloping for

makinga difference in 3rdworld countries.

Theengineering will report to the CFT Leader. The person will start asin a junior engineering position

andwill be mentored by the CFT leader in each of the various jobresponsibilities. The person will then

transitionto an engineering position with increased compensation based upon theability execute on

responsibilitiesand communicate with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Generateschematics, PCBs and embedded software code based upon the technical

requirements

• Writespecifications and other technical documentation

• Leadcomponent localization exercises and communicate with suppliers

• Participateand help team members with design reviews

• Test,Validate and Debug prototypes

• Generateproduction data packs

• Keeptrack of time spent on various projects

• Providewritten project feedback to customers

• Writteninteraction with Customers about project issues and requirements

Requirements:

• Noworking experience required

• Bachelorsin electronic engineering

• Havestrong communication skills

公司内部开发的产品，这些内部产品将会影响第三世界的国家。

此员工将会向CFT主管提交报告。此员工将从初级工程师的职位开始，CFT主管将会针对各种工作对

此员工进行辅导。公司将会在此员工的职责执行情况以及与客户和供应商的沟通能力的基础上，将其职

位转变为工程师，相应也会提高此员工的待遇。

职责:

•在技术要求的基础上，设计电路图和PCB以及编写简单软件。

• 写规格书及其他的技术文档。

• 本土化元器件以及与供应商沟通。

• 在设计评审方面，参与和帮助团队成员。

• 测试、验证和调试样品。

• 创建生产数据包。

• 记录各种项目分别花费的时间。

• 给客户提供书面的项目反馈。

• 与客户进行书面沟通项目问题及要求。
