NAND Verification Engineer- NAND设计验证工程师

Description:

As an IC Verification Engineer or Senior Verification Engineer in Flash Group at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be part of a team that develops and verifies many NAND products with global teams in USA, Japan, Italy and local. Your primary areas of responsibilities will include generation of test cases used in functional verification, development and maintenance of testbench, writing assertions, developing or testing new verification methodologies, and running regressions. You will work closely with global design and verification engineers in developing the testplan and debugging test failures.

    

Qualifications:

- Proven track record for successful verification of IC products in the past;

- Strong background in Verilog and verification methodology; knowledge of SystemVerilog or other HVL a plus;

- Knowledge and experience in writing assertions, OVM, etc;

- Knowledge and experience with Perl and Unix/Linux scripting strongly desired;

- A high-level of self-motivation and a proactive approach to solving problems;

- Good English communications skills.

Education:

BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 2+ years of verification engineering experience is required.
