Job Title: Technical Marketing Engineer Location: Pudong, Shanghai, China Description: As a Technical Marketing Engineer for Micron Embedded Solution Group (ESG), you will play a key role in driving ESG business by providing technical support to worldwide sales, field application engineers and customers. Meanwhile you will also need to bring customers requirements and feedback to roadmap and product development team to influence future product definition.
Responsibilities: · You will take worldwide technical responsibility for the products developed and will be developed in ESG Asia team. · As the world wide products owner, you will be responsible for providing technical support to sales, field application engineer and customers by addressing and resolving customer issues when using Micron flash memory and help on final design in, design win and mass production. · Except technical support, you also need to prepare product training material, providing training to customers, sales and FAEs and support staff, while working closely with sales/business management to ensure that relevant technical information is promptly and accurately communicated to potential customers. · During product definition and product development: you need to understand and help team to understand the customers’ request for the products, customers issues we have for the old products and work with team to provide the inputs to product definition, and work with team on any customer related issues, give marketing proposal/solution during product development to achieve the win-win for customer satisfaction, product competitiveness in market and
optimized internal effort and cost. · You need to generate the related product datasheet, migration guide and application notes. · Must be capable of maintaining a friendly and professional attitude in stressful situations.
Requirements: • Good knowledge of Flash memory: features and performance of various kinds of flash memory; command sets and protocols of key flash operation: asynchronous/synchronous read, program and erase. • Proven knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and logical analysis of complicated problems and systems. • Ability to work in a team environment to meet critical deadlines. • Good people skills and a team player • Excellent communication skills. • Degree: BSEE min • Experience: 3+ years experience of system design, flash memory/xRAM development or technical customer support. 有意者请投递简历至: morrisontang@micron.com 谢谢!!!
