Reginal sales manager-Shenzhen

Job Description:

This individual will directly report Director China Sales. In this position, his responsibility will include, but not be limited to

Sets and works to demanding, quantified goals and standards for faster business growth of the assigned territory in China; is focused on achieving Design value and Design-wins Goals of the assigned territory.   

Develops effective business activities from deep understanding of customers’ needs and market developments. Create and maintain up-to-date customer profiles in online database, including monthly customer forecast, competitions information and etc; well communicate in organization the highlight/lowlight by weekly sales reports; con-call and email.

·         Sets clear requirements for team members based on challenging business plans ad provide constructive assessment of performance and achievement.

Willingly shares own experiences and learning to help others develop; coaches others in raising their performance and working out their development goals and career aspirations; encourages ownership.

Implements quality improvements processes; puts high emphasis on constant innovation and speed-to-markets in all processes.

Requirements:

BS or BSEE. MSEE, MBA preferred.

Minimum of five years of experience selling integrated circuits or similar with emphasis on power supply related ICs.  Previous FAE experience is a plus.

Enjoy working under big challenge in the manner of diligence and curiousness.

Candidate needs to reside in or near Shenzhen.  

Has possession of, or can demonstrate ability to obtain Chinese travel passport and valid entry visa to the U.S.A.

With fluent English language skills – reading, writing, and speaking.

FAE-Shenzhen

Job Description:

Successful candidate has at least three to five years of switch mode power supply design experience in  PFC, and forward or double switch forward or LLC topology in high power (>100W and <1000W) , high volume, cost critical applications, in PC or Server or Workstation or IPC Power Company will be added scores to this candidate.

The FAE has responsibility to provide customer technical support to XX-TW’s DD (direct design) accounts and XX-TW’s direct accounts and 58 Disti accounts in Greater China Team. The FAE should be able to provide XX solution with design report and/or proto board to customer. The FAE will work in close cooperation with the XX Taiwan Sales and FAE of DD and direct accounts and disties, and interface directly with XX Applications Engineering in San Jose, California.  

The successful candidate must be capable of performing first line technical support at circuit level.  The FAE will perform critical measurements for correlation with the XX Applications Team in U.S.A.  The successful candidate will also attend 1-2 annual technical meetings at PI's U.S.A. factory headquarters. English ability needs to be okay to communicate with XX-HQ in US.

Education (state minimum requirement): BSEE or equivalent.

Experience (state minimum requirement):

Minimum two years of Switch Mode Power Supply Design Experience.

Position requires extensive travel throughout Taiwan including 1-2 annual FAE Engineering meetings at the U.S.A. headquarters. Basic English reading, writing and speaking.

Senior Marketing Engineer (Shenzhen)

This position is located at Shenzhen. Conduct market survey of new market segments and applications and create business plans, strategy and proposals to grow AOS business. Develop competitive analysis and build database. Approve RFQ, propose and define new products in collaboration with FAE and Sales teams. Identify new opportunities in collaboration with marketing, FAE and sales teams. Promote and introduce new products to key customers with FAE/Sales. Develop promotion presentations and material for the local Market. Keep close communication with HQ to update market status, new product release status, and other important business issues

Requirements:

(1) BSEE/MSEE with >2 years product marketing experience in power semiconductor or relevant fields.

(2) Deep knowledge of power semiconductor market such as customers, competitors, application, products and technologies. Working experience in famous semiconductor companies is preferred.

(3) Good relationships with some key customers.

(4) Good English writing and speaking skills and communications and interpersonal skills

Senior Field Applications Engineer

The Senior FAE field applications engineer works under the supervision of China FAE manager to support sales, the customers and channel partners in south China. Work closely with sales and ME to promote AOS production, allocate resources and do design in and win to grow AOS business in south China. Provide the highest level of local technical service to customers, such as working independently or with AE to coordinate application support issues for local failure analysis support, reviewing customer design, debugging and testing customer board and making customized demo board. Do production comparison test to promote new parts and Help marketing to propose new product ideas and assist with detailed product definition; Generate technical papers or applications notes. Prepare technical training material and conduct technical trainings for sales and channel partners in China.

Requirements:

BSEE or higher, concentration in Power Electronics is preferred.

·
Above 4+ year R&D hands-on experience in ACDC power supply such as adaptor, desk top power etc.. Above 2+ year experience in semiconductor power part application as FAE. Master power devices and power supply topologies and theory very well. Deeply know power structures in different application.

Highly motivated with “can-do” attitude, team work, ownership and able to work with minimum supervision

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

·
Fluently discuss common technical issues in English both verbally and in writing
