Leading mix-signal IC development project ü
Analog and mixed circuit definition, developing and evaluation. ü
Design and development of the high performance analog circuits. ü
Providing the technical guidance to layout, application and evaluation engineers. ü
Engagement with key customers, application engineering and marketing is required to understand the key specifications and functions the designs must meet. Qualifications: ü
MSEE/PHD in Microelectronics/Electrical Engineering ü
3+ year work experience in precision mixed-signal IC design: Amplifier, Bandgap Reference, sigma-delta ADC, SAR ADC. ü
Experience on leading design team in complex project. ü
Hands-on experience on Lab skills for measurement and debug of precision analog circuits ü
Experience on RF IC design is preferred ü
Experience on mix-signal IC test, packaging is preferred. ü
Experience on mix-signal IC R&D flow from definition to release ü
Proven track record of innovative initiatives in previous designs ü
Self motivating, good team player and good communication skill ü
Good English speaking and writing skill. ü
