(4)   JOB PURPOSE
This position requires the leader to work with North America to develop new test program and test solutions. In addition, this
position is required to possess current test methodology as well as future test technology
(5)   DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES  (TO INDICATE ALL TASKS PERFORMED)
1.Create test plan and define test strategy for new product
2.Define overall test development plan for new product introduction
3.Develop test program during pre-silicon phase for bring up, silicon characterization, sample generation, qualification and mock
production.
4.Manage test program development for production ramp
5.Product test cost analysis and reduction
6.Production test platform evaluation and qualification
7.Capable of defining/designing new test methodology to meet business/customer requirements
8.Ability to work with designer to resolve test coverage and functional issues.  
9.Train, develop and retain technical competency.
10.Plan and maximize available resources.
11.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Supervise Sr. Engineers/Engineers technical competency and capability
(8)   REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES                     
1.Strong IC test experience
2.Solid understanding on DFT, ATPG, test writing and simulation
3.Test development management
4.Self leadership and independence, along with communication skills
5.Exceptional problem solving capabilities and data analysis skills
6.Knowledge of RTL design practices and tools is a plus
7.ATE programming and debug
8.Proficient software programming in C/C++ and Perl.
9.Proficient oral and written English communication
10.Solid understanding on ATE system and architecture
(9)    QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Electronic Engineering/Computer Engineering with preferred 7 relevant years experience or equivalent
