Analog/Mixed-SignalIC Design Engineer 模拟/混合信号芯片设计工程师

Responsibilities:
- Master/Ph.D, or 3+ years related working experience
- Clear understanding of analog design concepts and knowledge. Modeling andsystem analysis skill using matlab/mathcad, etc.
- Familiar with basic analog building block such as OPAMP, PLL, ADC/DAC,filter, reference circuit, etc
- Good English communication skill
- Self-motivated team player

2.
RFICDesign Engineer集成电路射频芯片设计工程师

Responsibilities:
- Master/Ph.D, or 3+ years related working experience
- Clear understanding of RF design concepts and knowledge. Modeling and systemanalysis skill using matlab/mathcad, etc.
- Familiar with basic RF circuit building block such as OPAMP, LNA, mixer, PLL,PA, etc.
- Good understanding of modern RF architectures, system partition is a plus
- Good English communication skill

Digitalbackend Engineer集成电路数字后端设计工程师

Responsibilities:

- Bachelor orabove degree, or 3+ years related working experience
- Familiar with digital backend flow. Hands on experience on Synthesis, DFT,place & route, CTS, extraction, STA & physical Verification
- Familiar with scripting languages
- Good English communication skill

4.

Responsibilities:
- Provide CAD support to the IC design teams
- Maintain CAD environment, PDK & design libraries
- Work with EDA vendors to solve design flow or tool issues
- Develop in-house tools & scripts
- Create design flow documents & EDA training materials

Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience on CAD support fordigital/analog/mixed-signal IC design
- Familiar with IC design flow and related EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence andMentor, etc.) setup under Linux environment
- Familiar with setup and maintain PDK and libraries
- Familiar with IC design project directory set up and design databasemanagement
- Experience in Perl, tcl/tk, C/C++, Synopsys Scheme or Cadence SKILL languageis a plus
- Experience in Pcell development is a plus
- Customer oriented, good communication skill
- B.S. Degree or above in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. Major inMicroelectronics is a plus.

5.
Application Engineer 集成电路应用工程师

-   熟悉单片机编程；
-   熟练使用PCB绘图软件（Protel 或者 Power PCB）；
-   熟练使用常用的测试仪器，如示波器，频谱分析仪等；
-  有一定的射频技术基础，了解常用的射频电路的指标及测试方法；

Requirements:
- Master/Ph.D, or 5+ years related workingexperience
- Good understanding of modern wired/wireless communication system and DSP.Familiar with SoC level architecture, system partition, trade-offs
- Hands on experience on system definition, system/block level specification,system modeling/simulation
- Experience of wireless standard, audio/video systems are pluses
- Excellent English communication skill

Requirements:
- Master/Ph.D, or 3+ years working experience in chip-level verification
- Very experienced in scripting language such as Perl/Shell/awk/tcl, as well asC/C++
- Familiar with verification tools and assertion language such as PSL/Sugar
- Familiar with ASIC design flow including RTL coding, emulation, synthesis,STA & DFT
- Sufficient English communication skill
- Self-motivated team player

- Perform functional verification including writing testbenches
- Develop chip simulation/verification environment

ASIC Design Engineer

Requirements：

-本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业；
-二年以上相关经验；
-熟悉C8051的硬件结构，熟练使用C51进行固件开发；
-熟练使用VC/VB等工具进行用户界面的开发；
-具有底层硬件驱动程序开发经验，有USB或以太网等底层驱动程序开发经验优先；
-有良好的软件开发习惯，能够撰写相关的技术文档。

系统验证平台工程师

-  本科以上学历，两年以上相关工作经验；
-   熟悉FPGA的开发流程，熟练掌握verilog；
- 熟练使用实验室设备，有丰富的硬件电路调试经验；
-   有PCB LAYOUT开发经验；
-  诚实主动，认真负责，学习能力强，有上进心

11.
IC Layout Engineer 集成电路版图设计工程师

Requirements:
- Bachelor or above degree, or 3+ years related working experience
- Basic understanding of IC devices. Hands on experience on layouts of commonanalog/RF building blocks such as reference circuitry, opamp,switched-capacitor circuitry, etc.
- Chip-level integration experience is a plus
- Sufficient English communication skill
- Self-motivated team player
