dft的dft_drc 违例

在dft中，插入扫描之前进行dft_drc检查设计规则。出现很多违例，不知道如何解决，请求帮助。

D1怎么找到这个编号的具体含义呢，我在dc的帮助中找不到这个编号的信息。

请先说明你用什么工具。看对应的工具文档应该找到你想要的信息。
从error message来看，是clock没control好。

一般有两种违例：
1.黑盒违例2.latch违例
改下RTL或设置吧

我用的是synopsys，使用man D1命令就能看到D1的信息了。之前一直习惯于看图形界面的帮助，但是都没有找到。
这个问题是我代码中用always（posedge wen）完成写使能为上升沿的时候写入数据。这样的代码就必须在dc和dft的脚本中声明wen为时钟。定义为时钟就可以消除如D1和D3的警告了
出现latch是我在dc的compile_ultra命令中使用了clock_gating选项。

这个你可以在dft compiler的图形界面里面debug的啊，最好把能消的warning都去掉

DC的脚本还要改？这种东西没有周期，在DC里怎么改啊？

u_rwcontrol/ireg_latched_reg_3_ 的 CP pin 不可控，
应该是clock logic 上没有 switch 到scan clock
