基本要求：

1．熟悉芯片设计的流程，包括验证，测试。

2．熟练使用verilog进行RTL模块设计，掌握各种EDA工具(Design/DFT compiler， VCS， Primetime， Tetramax 等等)。

3．能独立完成RTL设计，包括仿真，综合，时序分析等。

4．良好的团队沟通能力以及团队协作能力。

较高要求：

5．电子及相关专业本科或以上学历。

6．3年或3年以上IC研发工作经验。

7．参与过音视频等相关产品开发者优先。
