Job Description:

Networking (2G and 3G) System Testing Engineer (SH-NT-1619)

Responsibilities:
1.
Support in all test phases: specification, planning, design, execution, reporting and documentation - reviews and inspections.
2.
Manages servers, SW tools and test automation framework.
3.
Provides technical support to system testing engineers in all SW tools and test automation related topics.
4.
Guarantees full functionality of test automation framework.
5.
Investigates future test automation requirements and does the initial investment planning and participates to ordering.
6.
Knowledge sharing and support in his/her expertise area.              

Requirements:
1.
BS/MS degree in computer/communication related majors. >2 years related experience in communication domain.
2.
Good Hardware, SW platform and Application testing knowledge, be familiar with Test tools and methods.
3.
Knowledge on Mobile networks (2g and 3G) in system level and familiar with network elements MSC/HLR, TC, MGW, BSC/RNC and packet switch GWs.
4.
Familiar with Telecommunications interfaces Ethernet, SDH and PDH.
5.
Enhanced knowledge of different protocol layers and ability to operate external simulators to validate stand alone NW element.
6.
Enhanced IP networks switching and routing protocol skills.
7.
Enhanced knowledge of embedded SW, Linux OS and Application SW.
8.
Experience of test automation tools (e.g. Robot framework or equivalent).
9.
Enhanced Linux scripting and SW developer skills.
10.
Architecture and system design experience.
11.
Fluent written and spoken English.
12.
Personal Attributes: Open for changes; Result orientated; Decision making; Learning capacity; Ability to analyze; Organization and quality orientation; Team work.

Senior HW Testing Engineer(SH-NT-1620)

Responsibilities:
1.
Act in all test phase: specification, planning, design, execution, reporting and documentation. Reviews and inspections.
2.
Manages tools, test environment, methods and processes linked to the job.
3.
Provides technical support to e.g. partners/sub-contractors, marketing and other design teams.
4.
Estimates work amounts in own area, Investigates lab requirements.
5.
Co-ordinates test coverage within own testing sub-area, Builds up the verification environment and verifies the system.
6.
Maintenance (fault verification, regression testing).
7.
Knowledge sharing and support in his/her expertise area.              
Requirements:
1.
BS/MS degree in computer/communication related majors. >2 years hardware testing experience in communication domain.
2.
Knowledge on Mobile networks (2g and 3G) in system level and familiar with network elements MSC/HLR, TC, MGW, BSC/RNC and packet switch GWs.
3.
Familiar with Telecommunications interfaces Ethernet, SDH and PDH.
4.
Knowledge of different protocol layers.
5.
Knowledge of embedded SW (BIOS, uboot, FPGA, PCIe or IPMI etc.) and Linux OS.
6.
Linux scripting or SW developer skills.
7.
Knowledge of ATCA architecture desired.
8.
Fluent written and spoken English.  
9.
