Job Description:
In this role you will be responsible for cultivating a highly productive IC design team that delivers multimedia
SoC products on schedule with great quality.
You are expected to escalate team morale by increasing work efficiency and smoothing collaboration.
You should facilitate team members to pursue their career goals

Candidate Qualifications:

BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
-
Solid technical background in ASIC RTL design, verification and experience with successful execution of hardware and software co-development
-
Deep understanding on IC design process, tooling and methodology

Experience in delivering successful IC products with a leading role during the full development lifecycle
-
Successful record with people management is a plus
-
Familiarity with home multimedia products is a plus
-
Excellent communicating and presenting skills in both Mandarin and English

Excellent coaching and motivating skills
-
Positive thinking and result oriented
