萨支唐不用我介绍了,学器件的应该都了解,这里发的是他的《Fundamentals of Solid-State Electronics》一书的中文版，由复旦大学的几个知名教授翻译，目前市面已经没有卖的了，好容易找到这本电子档，回馈给大家。

If you are new to device physics this is a very good place to start. It starts from basic crystallography and band theory of solids and moves on to the phenomenological models for the pn junction to MOSFET's and BJTs. It also contains a wealth of physical data that the working device physicist will always find useful for reference.
I feel it is more comprehensive than Sze's "Device Physics", and easier to read.
