a)负责数字IC 的架构，模块界面定义
b)负责数字IC 电路的设计，仿真，流片，测试以及FPGA的验证。
c)带领数字IC设计团队完成产品研发，设计，及量产。并对团队做适当的内部培训。

1、硕士以上学历，八年以上工作经验，两年以上管理经验；
2、熟悉Verilog HDL, IC Design Flow(Simulation Synthesis, Timing Analysis, DFT, Flow Plan, Automatic Place & Route, … etc)；
3、具FPGA验证经验，熟悉软硬件接口动作；
4、熟悉数字信息处理及相关工具(如matlab)尤佳；
5、熟8051MCU及SOC架构者,有产品量产经验。
6. 熟悉使用Logic Analyzer
7. 熟悉通信理论
