岗位职责：

1. 负责集成开发平台相关项目方案设计与辅助实现

2. 负责组内研究工作管理与项目进度跟踪

3. 负责组内日常事务管理

4. 负责组内队伍建设及人员技术水平提升

岗位要求：

1. 通讯、电子、计算机及相关专业硕士及以上学历

2. 一年以上传感网相关软件研发经验

3. 一年以上软件项目管理经验

4. 熟悉嵌入式软件开发模式

5. 精通C/C++程序设计、Windows程序设计

6. 熟悉Java、.NET程序设计者优先

7. 熟悉Eclipse等IDE开发者优先

8. 良好的英文读写能力
