Job duties:
The candidate will be the overrall design in lead for the Greater China STB DI teams(ShangHai,ShenZhen)

1.Experience in STB technology(DTV,HD,SD will be plus)
2.Knowledge in Satellite,Cable,IPSTB,Mainstream market segments pertaining to STB
3.Strong engineering lead with excellent people management&organization skills
4.Good motivator and should have prior history fo managing high performance teams
6.Proven track record of managing large organizations(size of 50+)at different locations
7.Proficient in English and Chinese
8.Must have experiencein managing customer projects,customer relations and project execution
9.Must have good intra-personal skills and proven history fo working with marketing,slaes,engineering teams to align on customer requirements
10.Should have a good knowledge of H.264/AVC/MPEG-2/4
11.Should have a working knowledge of Digital Video Recording(DVR)systems
12.Exposure to development on linux based enbedded systems
13.Exposure to relevant STB middleware stacks-plus(e.g.working with NDS,other CAS vendors etc.)
14.Prior experience in working in USA or Europe will be a plus

Qualifications: (Education, Experience,etc.)
1.Should be at least a Bachelor in Engineering with a Computer Science or Electronices degree (Masters or higher degree will be plus)
2.Should have at least 15 or more years of industry experience.
