职位描述：
1.负责CMOS,BJT,Diode，电阻、电容等器件的DC和CV建模和验证
2.负责RFCMOS,inductor及varactor建模，特性化工作及测试图案设计；
3.器件建模工作及各工艺项目的接口，以及与其它部门的沟通；
4.支持客户以及电路设计人员解决模型相关问题

任职资格：
1.本科或硕士以上学历，两年以上建模经验；
2.熟悉CMOS工艺器件SPICE模型库开发；
2.熟悉S-参数量测，熟悉RFCMOS,inductor及varactor建模工作者优先；
3.熟悉半导体器件IV，CV量测；
4.熟悉半导体器件原理及工艺流程；
5.有统计模型经验和Mismatch模型经验和熟悉RF设计者更佳。
6.具有良好的交流能力和团队协作精神。
