Job Description:

The responsibility of the position is to maximize @revenue and market share for the China industrial segment business, with strong technical capability.

The job in details includes below tasks but not limited to.

1) Deliver strategic and professional technical support to leading customers for their system design activities, to gain customer relationship and leading market share.

2) Extend experience to support broad customers together with field sales team, to secure whole segment market share growth.

3) Keep tracking on new industrial technology trends, dig out @business opportunities in new industrial applications.

4) Work with internal expert on application research & build up relative demo.

5) Work with related product lines on technical materials and design support tool, to help disty FAEs improve technical capability and support efficiency.

6) Gather technology trends and customers’ needs information, analyze business opportunity, help or drive product lines on new product definition.

7) Identify and coordinate reference design or solutions for specific applications.

Qualification requirements:

1) Rich experience in MCU/DSP and peripheral development

2) Good knowledge of electronics basics, Analog and Power design.

3) Skilful with Sch/PCB design and EDA Tools

4) Familiar with Industrial applicationg, Power Line Carrier System/Motor Driving System design experiences will be preferred.

4) Quick learning for new emerging industrial applications and gaining capability to support new systems’ design.

5) Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

6) Excellent command of verbal and written English

7) B.S.E.E. required, and M.S.E.E preferred.

8) 5 years design experience on the industrial system/MCU.

9) Travel in North & Northeast China.
