Position Description

This exciting function combines elements of Technical and Tactical Marketing, Program Management and Account Management :

1. To develop, as part of the European Custom Foundry Business Unit team, new foundry business in APAC by :

a. offering XX’s existing manufacturing capabilities, process technologies and design kits as a base line for highly profitable business activities in differentiated markets and applications;

b. identifying and realizing strategic process transfer and/or fab filling opportunities for maximizing asset utilization and corporate financial results.

2. To identify, screen, qualify, quantify, quote and materialize opportunities in ON Semi CFD’s target markets/applications, and in niche markets with high value added.

3. To provide technical advise and support to customers at the level of process selection, design kits, IP's and libraries, failure analysis, back end services, etc.

4. To manage the major projects in cross functional teams towards financial success in time and optimal customer satisfaction.

5. To control demand forecasting, inventory management, order fulfillment, quality and gross margin.

6. To support the Sales team in negotiations, account management, account penetration, QBR's, ...

Position Requirements

- The candidate shall have a broad technical background and 3 – 5 years of experience in mixed signal and/or high voltage semiconductor design or manufacturing, such as product development, product engineering, system architecture, technology integration, Field Application Engineering...

- The candidate shall be (or become) familiar with XX’s process portfolio, quality systems, logistics flows, engineering network, etc.

- The candidate needs to be a good communicator, verbally and in writing, with adequate listening- and presentation skills. Excellent English is an absolute prerequisite.

- The candidate must have a healthy commercial interest, affinity for marketing, a sense for business, and a good understanding of the semiconductor industry.

- The candidate will have a solid drive and entrepreneurship, project management attitude, and preparedness to travel on a regular basis.
