1. Principal/Senior Staff/ Staff/ Senior Test Engineer, COM Group ( 3 Openings)
Job Description:
        Test program development for complex digital SoCs and MCMs.
        Definition of test concept, work out test specification, generate test pattern (interface with IC System Design engineers).
        Create test program and test hardware incl. evaluation, debugging, optimization and production transfer.
        Define and realize test cost ratios and transfer of test package to other test platforms.
        Maintain test package during ramp-up and volume production.
        Cooperate with circuit designers, product engineering, and technology engineers regarding test evaluation, analysis and debugging of first silicon and redesigns.
        Product failure analysis and debugging on test system.

Requirements:
        Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or in related field
        At least 5 years design experience(skills mentioned above)
        Tools skills:

–        Experience with Teradyne or other Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
–        Knowledge of DFT / DfM / DfA
–        VHDL/Verilog knowledge is an advantage
        Ability to speak and write English is a must.

2.Principal/Senior Staff/ Staff/ Senior Product Engineer, COM Group ( 3 Openings)
Job Description:

        Product responsibility after release for delivery to customer
        Technical interface for the production sites during volume production (incl. product transfers)
        Product analysis and optimization
        Product characterization / ensure manufacturability
        Definition of yield roadmap, drive yield roadmap target fulfilment
        Yield stabilization / optimization during ramp-up
        Yield monitoring and optimization during volume production
        Electrical analysis of customer rejects and production problems
        Implementation of cost reduction / ratio projects (yield, test cost)
Requirements:

        Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or in related field
        At least 5 years experience (skills mentioned above)
        Prior experience in area of test engineering, wafer process / integration engineering, or IC design engineering is an advantage
        Tools skills:
        General tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Acrobat, etc)
        Statistical analysis tools (Cornerstone, etc)
        Knowledge of DFT / DfM / DfA / Semiconductor manufacturing process
        Ability to speak and write English is a must.

3. Team Leader IC Verification, AIM MC Group, ( 1 Opening)
Job Description:
        Manage a team of  8 to 10 people in the field of IC Verification
        Take technical lead for the team working in the field of IC verification.
        Interface to business groups
        Evaluate effort for IC Development projects
        Commit delivery schedule for IC Development projects
        Ensure execution of IC Development tasks of team based on comittment
        Career and  training planning of team members
        Ensure efficient and state-of-the-art IC Development process within the team
Requirements:
        Phd/Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or in related field
        Minimum 5 years of experience in IC development  with at-least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader
        Strong experience in coverage driven verification (CDV) – Specman based verification and formal verification method.
        Should be very conversant with IC development methodology and relevant EDA tools used in the industry and should be hands-on to resolve issues/suggest actions/initiate alternate-plans.
        Ensure regular reporting, documentation and should have excellent communication and leadership skills.
        Tool skills:
–        General tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Acrobat, etc)
–        EDA  tool knowledge
        Ability to speak and write English is a must, CET 6

4. Principal/Senior Staff/Staff Test Engineer, AIM MC Group ( 1 Opening)
Job Description:
        Leading a group of 5 to 10 test engineers
        Building up test group competence
        Develop test concept together with Design team
        Develop test program for the locally and overseas designed ICs
        Transfer the test package to test sites
        Perform characterization of new products
        Perform pattern conversion and generation
        Assist production to achieve maximum throughput through continuous improvement programs

Requirements:

        Master/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
        Minimum 4 years of relevant experience is required
        Good product testing knowledge in Micro-controllers, DSP, or ASIC ICs
        Experience with VHDL, testing concept, Advantest tester T33xx/Teradyne tester J971 & J750
        Well-versed in Statistical tool, MS-Window and Unix environment is a definite advantage
        Good interpersonal and communication skills
        People, or project management experience will be an advantage
        Good command in English. Able to communicate with Mandarin is desirable


5. Principal/Senior Staff/Staff IC Design Engineers (Team Leader/Design Manager) , AIM MC Group ( 1 Opening)
Job Description:
        Leading a group of 10 to 20 verification and design engineers
        Drive IC verification and design methodology and responsible for group competence building up.
        Take technical lead for the team working in the field of IC design and verification.
        Interface to business groups
        Evaluate effort for IC Development projects
        Commit delivery schedule for IC Development projects
        Ensure execution of IC Development tasks of team based on commitment
        Career and training planning of team members
        Ensure efficient and state-of-the-art IC Development process within the team


Requirements:
        Ph.D/Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
        Good understanding of MCU, DSP, or ASIC system.
        Minimum 5 years experience in VLSI design or SoC verification. (Specman, ModelSim, NC-Sim and Mix-signal verification experience). Strong experience in coverage driven verification (CDV) – Specman based verification and formal verification method.
        Good interpersonal and communication skills
        People, or project management experience is an advantage
        Good command in English. Able to communicate with Mandarin is desirable

        Responsible for IP generation
