Abstract- In this paper, several self-oscillation
elimination methods are introduced to design a Low
Noise Amplifier (LNA) which works on LS-band after
the reason of self-oscillation are analyzed. These
methods include: adding source negative feedback
stability circuit, improving decoupling circuit, applying
change DC power to slightly adjust Static operation
point to deal with circuit mismatching, adjusting layout
of microstrip circuit, improving grounding as well as,
rectifying bias circuit.
