试试这个，另外下面是别人的建议...

I have figured out the solution to my Error 0x3ec. It was because some hidden ASCII characters were mangled in the license, when I transfered it from Windows to Linux.

The best thing to do is ZIP the license file in Windows, transfer it to Linux, and 'unzip' there. Then just change SERVER line with correct HOSTNAME (don't touch lmhostid), and put correct 'snslmgrd' path is DAEMON line.
