Job Description:

The position’s primary responsibility is to design and verify RF Transceiver ICs for wireless applications.

Job Requirements:

· MSEE or PHD with minimal 2 years of experience in RF IC design.

·Define system and block specifications.

·Design RFIC TX/RX blocks such as LNA, Down/Up-conversion Mixer, RF Pre-driver, PA, VCO, PLL, Filter, and PGA.

· Experienced with the Cadence tool suite and design flow.

· Knowledge of radio transceiver architecture and wireless communication desirable.

· Knowledge of RF lab test equipments desirable.
