基本工作就是验证开发部门的代码，并把部分软件整合到系统中，进行测试，对客户的需求进行验证。（需要通信背景，比较接近网管，平台软件测试）

基本需求：
- telecommunication or equivalent
- Programming skills in C language, at lease 2 year experience and preferably from embedded environment

The new team to be set up will be responsible for writing customer documentation for Platform Development. The Team Leader will be responsible for team members and project management. He/she will ensure the quality of the documentation to meet or exceed both company standards and customer expectations. In the initial phase the person will be involved in the team building and competence build-up, reporting regularly across time zones. The role may include traveling. The main focus will be on platform HW projects, and main location in Shanghai.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Engineering, IT or English
- 3-5 years of experience in managing projects/teams, preferably in the technical writing field.

- Platform and HW knowledge is a plus.

Job Description:
l Take full responsibility for project delivery, including schedule, feature, budget and quality;
l Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
l Identifies resources needed and co-assigns individual responsibilities together with function manager.
l Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
l Reviews deliverables prepared by team for each NSN milestone.
l Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
l Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
l Owner of project risk management and minimizes the project risk with appropriate countermeasures and escalation.

To act in printed wired board phases: board stackup, capture, placement, routing, board documentation, product manufacturing documentation.

10. BSP 设计 上海 这个不用详细说了把，VXwork，TS32
基本需求：

Strong background of processor (PowerPC ,ARM,MIPS，X86) , familiar with peripherals like memory, storage, bus, etc. Hands-on experience of BSP on Powerquicc-III is a differentiation.
·
Strong background of RTOS (Linux / Chorus /vxWorks, etc). With know how of embedded Linux: Kernel, Root File-System creation.
Know-how in CHOSEE and DMXSEE is a differentiation.

More than 2 year’s hands-on experience on BSP (CPU and peripherals) development.
·
Familiar with C/C++ and assembly languages.
·
Fluent written and spoken English.
11.Device driver development 这个主要是针对器件，比如NP对应微码，SDH对应FRAME之类的，需要懂业务，跟BSP有些区别
基本需求：
·
Solid knowledge of at least one of the following telecom technology: 3G network,
SDH , ATM ,and Ethernet.
·
Strong background of RTOS (Linux / Chorus /vxWorks, etc). Know-how in CHOSEE and DMXSEE is a differentiation.
·
More than 2 year’s hands-on experience on firmware /device driver on Datacom / Telecom equipment development. Such as SDH Framer/LIU; Ethernet PHY/switch chip/router chip, etc.
·
Familiar with C/C++ and assembly languages.
·
Fluent written and spoken English.
·
Experience in DSP processor , network processor , FPGA, ASIC design will be a plus.
12. 通信文档工程师，上海，这个对英语比较有要求，还要有些通信背景
基本需求：
General knowledge in telecommunications and technology.
- Excellent English-language skills, especially in written English.
- University degree in Engineering, IT or English
- Experience in Technical writing is an asset
- General knowledge of MS office tools.
- Experience in using content creation tools and environments (XML, Frame), including graphics software.
- Experience with graphics and illustrations & related tools 13. FPGA设计工程师 就不详细说明了，至少工作３年，以上，有以太网，ＳＤＨ的工作背景比较好，主要写过业务的代码。
