Ususally, you can break the loop at the high impedance node and estimate the C in this node, then add AC source and put the C back in the loop for AC simulation. You will get teh same frequency response(FB=1). However, at close loop, you have to know which freq. you are using and see how open loop BW/Gain will impact teh close loop.
