实现burst传输需要target支持，若target不支持buest，master会在传输一次后自动disconnect

First of all, you have to decide which party cause the problem.
If the master asserts FRAME# for only ONE cycle, then the master causes the inability to burst.
If, however, the master asserts FRAME# for more than one cycle, and the target always ends the transaction with DISCONNECT1 or DISCONNECT2 (see PCI spec 2.2 for details), then the target does NOT want to accept burst.
