近期看到一篇文章，IBM公司已制成其第三代HBT，有一段话不知怎么翻译，哪位高人给解答一下？“IBM now is manufacturing its third generation of their commercial SiGe HBT processes and access is currently available to the first, second and third generation HBT process(known as 5HP, 7HP and 8HP) through the MOSIS shared mask service.”
