岗位职责：

1、Build up the methodology and flows to support ASIC RTL design team from architecture, design and verification.

2、Understand the requirement and expectation from all project teams and prioritize the tasks to develop and support.

3、Work with 3rd party EDA vendors to consolidate the best tools and support internal design teams.

4、Define the handshake mechanism among different teams regarding RTL quality and delivery.

岗位要求：

1、EE/CS MS+ with 5 years of experience in design aspects.

2、Familiar with design architecture, RTL design and verification.

3、Familiar with synthesis, SDC, UPF, Clock, CDC and tools.

4、Better to have low power design experience in SOC.

5、Better to have the knowledge of physical design.

6、Better to build up automated flows or platform.

7、Project driven and no hesitation to communicate with different teams.

8、Fluent in shell/Makefile/Python/Perl.
