岗位职责：

1、Co-work with analog and digital teamto build DFE model in high-speed system;

2、Estimate and simulate the performancefor the DFE;

3、Fix-point for the algorithm;

4、Testing support and failure analysisfor the designed DFE.

岗位要求：

1、10+ work experience;

2、Be familiar with LMS algorithm;

3、Be familiar with MATLAB modeling;

4、Be familiar with serdes;

5、Experience in adaptive filter design;

6、Experience in equalizer.
