SoC Program manager
Manpower – 苏州市
Responsibilities:
o Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects through key development phases - concept, feasibility, planning, execution, prototype, pilot, certification and launch.  
o Lead and manage global cross-functional teams which include members from various functions (Marketing, Design, Systems & Applications Engineering, Software Engineering, Product & Test Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and other support groups)  
o Establish the aggressive baseline SOC schedules & budgets for key deliverables, while continuously anticipating and overcoming issues to positively affect the results.  
o Effectively plan and execute projects to ensure key deliverables, schedules and budgets are met per project requirements.  
o Responsible for managing project status, risks and issues whilst communicating them to all stakeholders - management, project team and customers.  
o Recommend, advance and lead both NPI and Project Management process improvement activities within the business group
o Report to local program management office.
  
Qualifications:
o BSEE; MSEE is preferred  
o PMP certification is preferred.  
o Excellent English  
o 5+ Years Project or Program Management Experience which include managing complex technical projects  
o 5+ Years of Semiconductor or Electronics Industry Experience, preferably in New Product Development  
o Proficient with project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera
o Proven ability to provide direction and leadership to others  
o Proven ability to manage change and engage team members  
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills  
o Good decision making, problem solving and critical thinking skills  
o Proficient in risk and issue management  
o Ability to challenge decisions when required
