Position Duties and Responsibilities:
The analog design engineer is responsible for the whole analog circuit design flow, including following:
l         Involved in define functional and performance requirements of analog blocks by working with system/application engineers
l         Responsible for circuit topologies, schematic design and simulation
l         Perform layout supervision including layout floor plan and key points checklist, backend checks such as DRC and LVS, and post-simulation
l         Assist in developing test specifications and test plan and also responsible for analog block evaluation
l         Debugging and problem solving according to evaluation results

Candidate Qualifications:
Candidate must:
l         MS degree in Micro-Electronics or Electronic Engineering with over 2+ years analog design and verification experience or BS degree with over 4+ years
l         Solid knowledge of CMOS device, fabrication and classic analog circuit structure
l         Be familiar with the tools and environment for analog circuit design, such as Cadence VSE, ADE, spectra, VLE, mix-simulation tools and so on
l         Have one or more analog circuit design experience, such as ADCs, DACs, PLL, Amp, CMP, BGR and Regulator, POR, switched-capacitor circuit, IOBUFF, oscillator, charge pump circuit, display driver and so on.
l         Independent and self-motivated
l         Open mind and excellent communication skill
