跑lab，找到risk_chip.mw，但是系统提示导入不了

请问诸位，我第一次跑lab。

      按照lab guide介绍的步骤第一步应该是在lab0里打开risk_chip.mw。但是我在“Load the placed cell from the risk_chip.mw MilkyWay design library"时，找到相应的CEL文件后，点击“OK”，系统提示导入时发现一个错误，导致导入不了，原因可能是什么呢？该如何解决呢？谢谢。

       具体出现的错误如下：

       我在Library name中选中“lab0_gui/risc_chip.mw"所在目录的路径；然后Libraries是“risc_chip.mw";然后Views是“CEL”。然后点击“OK"，系统提示：Erros! 1 error message was generated. See the Log or the Console for more info.

    接着出现提示：Open Design. Failed to open library/路径/risc_chip.mw for write.

    然后在命令提示行显示（MW-006）。

DESCRIPTION
       The specified library does not exist so you cannot open it for write or read, Or it is read only so you cannot open it for write.  If the above mentioned  issue does not exist, you may consider the following reason: During opening library, consistency checks  between  main  library  and each  reference  libraries  are made, and if error messages occur, e.g.
inconsistent length unit or precision, the library  cannot  be  opened.
       See MWLIBP-328.

     我不知道这些信息够不够说明问题。这个该怎么解决呢？是我的lab有问题吗？
